Coaching Peer Evaluation (jake Best)

When im analysing dan I will be looking out for.
  1. confidence,
  2. leadership,
  3. personal skills,
  4. pushing yourself to the limit, whilst be out of your comfort zone, 
  5.  Being good at thinking on the spot.
  6. Communication with the kids.
I will also be looking to perform these skills myself.
I though Dan had a good connection with the kids, he spoke very clearly and explained the activity very well, he also had a good way to banter with the kids as well.
To improve for next time he could prepare abit earlier and and think about what he wanted to do so he could make it as enjoyable as possible.

Coaching Self Evaluation

Confidence - i could have been a little more confident when i was speaking but it felt quite embarasing and awkward at times especially when the children start to miss behave.

Communication - i thought that i was very well spoken and communicated well with the children i tryed to be funny so that they could bond more with me rather than beign strict and them thinking i was horrible

Behaviour Management - i could have given the children a bit more discipline but, it was quite hard to settle the children and explain the task at hand in such short time periods because they were so excited about moving around doing different chalenges

Building Pupils Understanding - i allowed the children to let me know what theyre understanding of the value was and then i would help sway there answers towards the correct one to make them realise where they were wrong if so. therefore i feel that i was very good at building theyre understanding.

Presentation - my personal presentation was good i wore the correct uniform (culverhay sports top0 and track suit bottoms sutible for doing excercise in.

first olympic value festival evaluation

I wasnt aware that this lesson was taking place, will take part in next evaluation.

When I am able to do the session I will make sure that I set up cproperly before, make sure that I am clear on the content, plus what you are going to be talking about, make sure I have timing devices, in the groups of two complete six minute rotations (one stays and one leads the group to the next stage)
